The Barn Conversion

Our client wanted to transform their empty barn into an exquisite, luxury home. Initially, they were using multiple contractors which was making this ambitious project difficult to orchestrate.

Our in-house team work together seamlessly to deliver exceptional workmanship in all areas, and so we were approached once the main build was complete and commissioned to take control of the internal finishings. We ensured the project ran smoothly, on time and to the highest quality so our client no longer needed to worry about using multiple contractors.

We started with the design fundamentals, getting to know our client’s tastes, requirements and wishes while bringing our own ideas and suggestions to the table.

This design evolved as we experimented with new ideas to push the boundaries of what’s possible. Implementing this process led us to the conceptualisation of some of the barn’s most beautiful statement features, such as the spiral staircase running through the heart of the home.

Our team managed every aspect of the project, providing complete visibility so our client always knew what stage of the journey we were at. No matter how small, we ensured every detail was carefully considered – the floor finishings, handles, curtain details – even the colour of each socket and switch.

In the master en-suite, the light marble effect tiles compliment the brush brass fittings. The clean and elegant look blends perfectly with the rest of the home.

We ensured each space not only looked the part but worked intelligently too. With the click of a button, you can listen to audio in any room, and the integrated TV in the bathroom makes it possible to take a relaxing soak while watching a film. Implementing home automation in this way has made the space work around the lifestyle of our clients.
